Wheat bread

Ok, which of these two should I get:

#1
11 g of carbs per slice
2 g fiber

#2
14 g of carbs per slice
2 g fiber
2 g sugars

if you are eating bread, you most likely should be focusing on carb quality as opposed to carb content... as you are clearly not going keto.

I don't get it, honestly. There's a question on bread, or milk at that matter, on these boards everyday. Both are crap in terms of nutritional values compared to other foods you can stuff your mouths with. But instead of looking for alternative foods, you look for healthy types of bread and milk (low carb milk - bleh, atkins bread - WTF) which are NO longer bread or milk, for they lack the qualities of both and taste like asswipes :o
Need carbs - grab some fk'n oats, beans, lentils!
Need casein - grab some cheese!

Bread is not as good as lentils, beans or oeatmeal (as a low GI, high fiber source of carbs)

But:

bread is more convenient to eat (no need to cook or heat, no spoonor knife needed)

It tastes great

Thats my main point for using this stuff every once in a while. @ 60 cals a slice, using a piece of it to make an ANPB sandwhich isn't really that detrimental to my success....at least not yet.

geezus...just eat your bread and milk.....just make sure it's of solid nutitional value........when bulking, eat it whenever.....when I cam in contest prep, those two are the first to go........and the protein bars...lol

I'm bulking, but you're saying get option #1 (w/o sugars) anyway?
