My tris and chest have always been problems... so I blast away at them... already an improvement. In a few months, I should be close to where I want to be.

:kaioken:

my arms in general but i picked biceps,my arms look very goofy compaired to my back and chest

chest is also a very weak part compaired to my back

now you got me rambling about whats bad and whats better

look what you did

Definitely calves.

I have a disadvantage because I have somewhat high insertion for my calves. Although, my vertical jump is very good which lead me to believe I have some fast twitch muscle fibers waiting for me to pound them. Well, I finally have stopped being a wussy and once I feel a burn in the calves I continue for 10 more reps. They may only be half reps but they sure as heck count more then stopping when it gets difficult. It's also tough to do standing calf raises because my gym has no machine for this and I'm too tall to use the the smith machine. I have to resort to holding 100+lb dumbells, which get pretty heavy after 45 seconds.

My biggest weakness is my chest, I feel like a 9 year old boy, I have pretty good size arms and legs, but my chest doesn't seem to change.

Calves here too. I can't remember the last time I've noticed any growth in them. I've almost given up, but I'm going to start do priority training with them. Maybe even give them their own day. They' aren't that small, its just that they are about 1/2 smaller then my arms which looks stupid.
