yeah they are tiny scoops it has no filler in it... the box clearly states do not take more then 3 scoops lmao eff you recomended dosage you don't know me! but the stuff doesn't give me rediculous pumps or make me sick just pure clean energy for 2-2.5 hr workouts and I'm sensitive to caffeine... but I'm willing to try n2kts just so inlove with jack3d right now it's rediculous love the tingles it gives you too I don't crash after and sleep fine if I take it in the afternoon and again I say I'm very sensitive to caffeine everything else I've taken would keep me up ALL NIGHT
 
I would be pretty dissapointed in myself if I got to the point where I needed supps and/or drugs to get me motivated enough to lift with intensity. Or if I thought the only way to give myself the energy to workout was to resort to a supp or a drug.

I love you lil bro, but you're wrong here. I'll break down N2kts for you so you can better understand why I like it....

caffeine and 1,3 Dymeth - energy and focus for when I'm dragging

Creatine - STRENGTH! Creatine works very well for me. After a few weeks of supping with N2kts i'm stronger.

Beta Alanine - Probably one of the greatest supplement discoveries in the last decade imo. After a few weeks of supplementing with beta alanine my endurance goes through the roof. Something just "clicks" and all of a sudden I'm banging out more reps with more weight and after racking the bar I feel as if I could go again. It's that good.

well not all use it all the time just when they are feeling a little tired or something. I see what ya mean tho I would be as well if I required it every time I lifted, I use it every time I lift when I have it but I do not require it, like SL said its great to use definately a big help to have no negative sides other than focus and for me I get agressive a little.

how about if u are motivated to go but using supps (illegal drugs is a different subject)can help u bang out a few more reps each set or lift heavier thus u start to make more gains and having much better workouts

not just motivation to goto the gym but also helps what u can accomplish there also

I relate it to drinking yeah you can have fun without alcohol but once you've been drunk going out sober is never the same :evil:

Once you've had a lil boost and your veins are throbbing your muscles are gorged with blood and you have energy to keep going and going what you can normally lift for 8 reps you just hit 10... well you get the idea!
