Whats your pre-workout formula

i have been going the gym at like 8pm i take a power nap from like 5-7pm. i get up an pop 2 ephedrine 25mg hlc tabs chase it a few glasses of water and riboforce (orange flavor). then i make a cup of coffee and head to the gym...i have been having some great workouts like this...
 
First I bust my ass in school from 8am-5pm.
Then I get home, eat 100g oatmeal and a litre of skimmed milk. Wait for 1,5hours and pop 4 caffeine pills (400mg), then hit the gym.
 
Meal 1(7:30am): Oatmeal/milk/whey shake
1 slice whole wheat bread a little cream cheese

C/P/F

70/50/10

Meal2(10:00am): Chicken breast/whole wheat bread(2)
small apple

60/40/5


Meal 3(pre-workout 11:50am): 1 tablespoon of honey
20g of whey

15/20/1

Workout (noon)

Meal 4(Post workout): powerade
Mix in 20g of whey

50/20/1

Meal 5 is biggest meal 45 mins after meal 4 usually 60-70g of protein.

Meal 6 is tuna and beans with olive oil

Meal 7 cottage cheese
 
work from 8-8, get home around 9, down a triple scoop protein shake then rush to the gym before it closes, do real quick workout,come home sleep 6 hours and do it again.

kinda shitty but ya gotta do whatever it takes.

Well, I wake up...scratch my balls...go take a pee...

okay, I'll just skip to the chase...I eat a big meal 3 hours before....I mean like 2 pounds of steak, 4 potatoes, and a 12 scoop N'large shake w/milk. Then I take my energy stuff about an hour before, along with 20g of glutamine, and about half a gallon of water. It works for me.
 
50 mgs ephereine.....50mgs caffeine....20 min before blastoff!!! RADAR
