i dont know if i have miss this, but how many cycles how you done before AND before this cycle (dubol and winny) for how long were you OFF?

In may 2003 i started my first cycle around 170-175lb. i took 50mg d-bol e.d. for 6 weeks and made some decent gains. I think i ended up being like 180-185 by the time the water went away. I took off about 6-8 weeks and started a primo only cycle at 300mg e5d at the beginning of august, only went for 4 weeks before i had a huge shoulder injury. The day i hurt my shoulder i weighed 202, but dropped back to about 185 from not being able to workout forever. I started rehabing the shoulder, and got my weight up to just over 190 when i started this cycle. I really don't know why i react so well to the drugs i've taken, I guess im just really lucky. I'm finishing up week 5 of this cycle, so im up nearly 20lbs already, leaner, and my strength is above and beyond. Because of my shoulder injury, before i started the cycle my flat bench was down to 175lb for 3 reps (i know, pathetic.) Last week I did 225lb for 8, and I know its nowhere near where I should be, but my left shoulder is still the limiting factor, but it is catching up quickly. All in all, I'm very happy with my gains, and the size increase i've made since may 2k3 have molded me into a different person.
 
middle of 3rd week........

Strength increases. 2kilos up in weight.....I really have ALOT of energy in the gym now:D

I've no sides so far besides from a few small zits on my shoulders

:)

I guess there isn't really a significant kickin with this drug, but more a smooth increase....
 
Still going good. Im not sure about my weight right now though. Im just now really starting to feel it so maybe i'll have some great news in the next few weeks to come!! :)

I started right about christmas time.. yep that is my cycle. 10 weeks.. 60% thru
 
alrite, i'm running very low on my winny's. My hookup is missing in action and I don't know what to do. They were supposed to split my order into 2 sends, i got the 1st one, and was supposed to get the 2nd the following week.. now that its almost 7 weeks later, I don't have enough winny to finish my planned cycle, even though i do have enough npp. So, i have 1 week of winny left. My options are I could cut my winny dosage in half, and try to stretch it out, or try another source and risk getting ripped off and be out even more $$.... or i could stop taking the winny and continue the npp as planned..... or.. anybody have a good idea??? looking for input.. any help appreciated
 
damn EVICTION your continuous updates are really what this board should be like from alot of members, if more bro's did what your doing now(updates) then i wouldnt mind being platnum. damn good job bro your pics morph every time you update.

Well, i've been eating on a high protien, high fat diet.. i just eat as much as possible and limit the simple sugars as much as possible.. no soda, no candy. My skin in my stomach is thinning quickly, even on the high calorie diet that i'm on. I decided to not do any cardio this cycle. I bet if i changed up my diet a little and changed my workout style i'd rip up like pantyhose on a fat bitch, but i'm looking more for size and strength right now. But yes, im definately leaning out.

i'm not having any signs of estrogen related problems, if anything its helping with my pudgy nipps i've had since puberty.. i have some clomid and hcg for post cycle, i probbably wont use the hcg because my nuts are the same size as when i started.

nope, i think that i take well to these types of self medication. I've had no change in behavior from anything i've taken. I still cant figure out how i've put on so much size in just 8 months. I see people using 3x the amount of gear that I use with minimal results. I can take this stuff, look at a cheeseburger and it'll add 10lbs to my bench. It boils down to the fact that some people were never meant to be big, and don't have the genetics to support this kind of lifestyle. I'm lucky that my body takes to this stuff so kindly. I thought a few weeks back that i had sexual side effects, but I was wrong. I busted nuts left and right last weekend as normal. The gear wasnt the cause of that, it was because I was coming down with a cold. So all is well!

NPP aka (fast deca) has a shorter halflife than nandrolone decanate, so it reacts faster! and it is out of your system alot faster

just in case people don't read different pages, bumping this for suggestions... maybe i could just stop my cycle when i run out of winny and sell the rest of my NPP.. i'll miss it for sure :-(
 
if you have the money, the you could by some winstrol depot or stanol (bodyresearch). i think you should continue with your cycle.

Strength is wonderful. My goal here was to catch my left side up with the right side (because of the shoulder problem, past surgery, dislocation, etc.). Problem is, my right side was gaining almost as fast as my left side in strength. My bench when i started was 175x3rep. On monday i pushed 225 for 8 reps, 2 sets. I have not tried to max out on bench, as there is no need for it at this point. There are still some exercises that are nearly impossible for me to do without minimal weight, as some of the smaller muscles in my shoulder are still pretty much destroyed. When im doing exercices you can see them ripple thru my skin, and they look distorted compared to the right side. I have alot of scar tissue to break through still, but it will slowly come back I'm sure. My biceps have went from under 17" to 18.25", maybe a little bigger on a full pump. All in all, this was an amazing cycle that i'd definatly consider taking again, although I think i'm done with juice after this cycle for quite some time, as my size is more than acceptable.

I totally here you about the shoulder, I am in the exact same boat, broken arm, dislocated shoulder ... it really sucks. I can feel pain in most heavy upper body movements, even heavy bi curls. Because of the weaker muscles in my left shoulder I do lots of compensating with muscles in my back. I go to sports message every week and get the knots rubbed out of my back .... helps a lot. The doctor just told me last month that Ii would have been better to break my arm in 5 different places than to dislocte my shoulder. Bones heal usually 100% of the time, where I feel the dislocation for the rest of my life, and probably only get back to 90% on both strength and range of motion.

yep, the back compensation is totally understandable. I just try my best to drop the weight, even if i look like a pussy, to where my shoulder can support it. Have to start with the little ones. It is funny because i'll be in the gym, and go from doing an unbeleiveable set in one exercise, then move to a shoulder exercise and look like i'm a monster struggling with baby weights (relatively speaking, still pushing more than 90% of the pussies at my gym) But good luck with your upcoming cycle, i am sure you will love the results if you react as well to the juice as me.
 
Is there any way you can post a pick of you just standing with your arms at your side (not flexed)

I'd like to see the chest development in a natural, non-flexed position.

Chest seems to be my weak point and I'd like to see what type of gains you had with the NPP and Winny in your pecs.

thanks, i will try to get some better views of the pecs. They have developed like crazy compared to before the cycle, yet they have alot of work still. My lower pecs have always been non-existant

Same here. No matter what I do (incline's/declines/dips etc...)

I can't seem to get that shape that some of the guys here have (Needsize, AAP etc...)

Look forward to seeing how your's developed before and after.

Again, great work. You are definitely ready for the summer.
 
weight holding up at 208lbs. Strength still great, biceps still over 18". very pleased! I shed some water weight after the cycle and my BP went back to normal.
 
Georgie, Now that im not working as many hours I have been back in the gym the way I want to be. Im still producing good gains with very little water! I've got about 4-5 weeks left and i've been debating on throwing in some Fina or Winny! I haven't decided yet! :)

nice job eviction. i just very well go against the mass and use npp, even though i have been turned off by it for the simple fact its deca. i had no luck with test...maybe npp/deca is the one for me..
 
i guess i can't complain because i got as strong as an ox and my size is crazy big compared to 1 yr. ago. I will definately try this combo again...
 
I've been gearing up to do a NPP cycle. After reading this thread I CAN'T FUCKIN WAIT!! Nice posts and pics. I have a ? for you guys. I've only done a primo only cycle before. I'm definitely doing some NPP soon. Should I add some Var or would a NPP cycle be sufficient. I don't want to put on too much size because I don't want people at my gym to think I'm juicin. What do you guys think NPP only or NPP with Var?

I say run NPP and anavar together. Maybe you should follow BigAndy's advice and run the var 2 weeks past the NPP. It would work well, I gather.
 
I was thinking of that as well. Its mostly because of Bigandy's thread that made me change my mind from Deca to NPP and now this thread..... I also should have added that I currently take 200mg of Delatestryl for HRT that I will continue on while cycling. Sorry I should have posted that before.
 
im gonna start with a six week npp/dbol for sheer size, then take 6 weeks off then do a npp/anavar run take six weeks off then run npp/winny for the summer.
