I've been doing some the evosport stuff that adam archuleta uses and that stuff really works, but its kinda rough on the knees. pick up his video if you want to learn it cause its way to complicated to explain here. Other than that the best things for me to get into shape aerobically is sprinting the stadium steps, also sprint-jog-sprints on the track work really good. box jumps, low squat foot jumps, shuttles, there are tons of exercises to get your explosiveness up.
If you have access to a pool and a sand pit try running, jumping and cutting in them that works great. we have an underwater treadmill at our facility that works great to get you back after an injury.
