What's your diet like while on Primo

Hey folks,

Looking to get diet feedback from guys who have run primo.

Did you / do you run a calorie-restricted diet to further help achieve that dry, vascular look associated with Primo?

Do you just say f-k it and eat, eat, eat as with most other AAS when you're bulking?

I'm on my 4th week... as follows:
Wks 1-12 600mg Primo/wk
Wks 1-12 200mg Test Cyp/wk
Wks 1-12 50mg Proviron ED

Since I've started the primo, I've been on a carb-reduced diet. The majority of my carbs are taken during pre & post-workout shakes and the rest from veggies. I have one cheat day on weekends.

So far, my weight has pretty much stayed the same, however, I have leaned out CONSIDERABLY and my abs are insane, even though I hardly do abs or cardio. So that means I've lost bodyfat and increased muscle.

I do want to start tipping the scale though and put on some more size and muscle... but I don't want to sacrifice the leanness / vascularity. I also understand that the "magic" starts around the 4th week, so I'm just at that point.

Can one afford to throw down more calories and carbs with Primo and still stay lean? I call that the "tren-effect".

Appreciate any thoughts and feedback guys!

Eh, I guess you know your body bro. I was doing like 8 meals or so a day. Each meal was a serving of 50 grams of protein and 5 of my 8 meals had around 30 grams of carbs in it. I kept fat low. I was able to lose bodyfat and gain muscle mass. But there were other anabolics and supps included....but Primo is sort of like tren where you can lean bulk, bulk, or cut with it. It's all up to you man. You can always increase cals a bit and start growing more and if you're bodyfat stays the same then you know you're good and if bodyfat goes up, then just reduce the carbs. 600mg of Primo is nice brother! Enjoy it.
 
Our diets sound a little similar, except reverse the (good) fats and carbs...I've been taking in a little more healthy fats (nuts, healthy oils, avocadoes)... with limited carbs... my protein intake is high as well, around 50mg each meal...and I have 8 meals a day too.

This sounds lame, but I have a few photo shoots coming up so I need to keep the abs showing....mostly the reason why I'm afraid to throw in more carbs...but as soon as that's all done with, I'm definitely throwing in more carbs... maybe some oatmeal and a sweet potato.

primo def had the "tren effect" just none of the sides! I was eating cheeseburgers last summer didnt diet @ all and still came out lean! keep us updated on that cycle,im pretty interested in your results,I probably still wont have slept by then so Ill be glued to the comp

Weeks 1-12: Primo 500mg/week
Weeks 1-12: Test Cyp 150mg/week
Days my Primo injection sites ache after the shot: 3-4 :)

I am currently about three weeks in.

I am trying to cut right now after I have gone through bulking the last several months (without AAS). I shoot for 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of body weight per day, and this is 75% lean protein with virtually no fat. The remaining 25% of my protein consists of sources with modest to average sources of fat.

I don't eat any fast food, so no cheeseburgers or burritos or anything like that. I also have an extremely low carb diet, so most meals are chicken breasts, soups, salads, fish, and steaks, not counting the 2 protein shakes per day. One cheat day where I might have a fattier steak than usual or maybe some pasta. I am on a calorie-restricted diet but I keep the protein up there so Primo can do what it does best.

I tried to run oral Winstrol at 50mg/ed with this for about a week, and it made me feel lethargic, especially at night, and I felt too aggressive and "wired". Gave it up and feel much better.

Yah, I'm gonna probably ease up on the restricted diet in a couple of weeks (still mostly clean), but add more carbs...right now, I need to be as lean as possible....thanks for the feedback, will keep ya posted bro!

Wow, you get that "primo pain" too? Mine also lasts a few days, no matter where I inject or how much... never experienced this much injection pain with other AAS in the past.

Yeah I think mine ached a bit too. I just thought I was doing a crappy injection job or that the 5cc's in my glute was too much but I think it was the primo. Must be strong stuff!
