What's your bench?

285.
Natural, consitantly for 2 years tops, 5'10, 170 lbs, and mostly train for body building with the occasional 5X5 thrown in.

365
Have done a few cycles.
12

I got 385 once, but dude had his hands on the bar. "Didn't help at all," so he said, but it felt like he did. I'll never know for sure until I get it for real with no hands on bar.

I never max when I'm on the sauce, but instead train for size. Strength routines (WSB), I will only do when natural. I do this for a few reasons. Steroids are well suited for muscle growth. Strength training is fun and gives me great confidence naturally. If I follow an AAS cycle w/a clean strength phase, I can keep my gains very well.

I'm looking forward to pushing up 4 wheels one day.

ive hit 350x1 320x5 but im recently going 230x10

250lbs natural, weight 150lbs., worked out a little in the past 2 years but ive hitting it hard for 8 weeks went from 180 to 250.

all natural for about a month now?

yar for the weaklings

i'm 19 and i weigh 208lbs...
315x5.. max 375... all natural..

when i bench at my school's gym people at think i'm on tht STUFF cuz i don't look like i can bench 375lbs.

been lifting since '00

Probably 275 or a bit more. Gonna go for max when my 5x5 is done in 2 weeks. My bench has always sucked, but getting better.

Natural, never even seen steroids(work out at home). I believe that natural means NEVER having used any roids.

5'7" 180. 2 years, worked out a lot after high school, but stopped about 10 years ago till now. Very different amount of knowledge out there now compared to then. No internet, had to read Muscle and fitness and try to do what Lee Haney was doing ;) .

i am 5'4" 152 lbs. and Im not sure what my max is but I just did 205 (3x3) yesterday. been lifting for a little over a year.

I'm trying to raise the reps at a "respectable" weight with my feet off the floor (legs crossed over my hips). I reason this is more of a pure muscle effort.

At 205 body weight, I'm up to 15 reps at 250 ... slow and pure ... all the way down and all the way up ... 36" grip. Fries my pecs.

On low dosage HRT, test and HGH.

At 62, been at it over 48 years.
(If only I had increased all my lifts a pound a month! LOL)

I did 365x2 at 195 lbs or so umpteen years ago. That's a good squat these days.

I'm 26 and have been training fairly consistant for about 10 years. I'm 5'10, 192lbs.

Max bench is 250lbs...all natural...never juiced, never taken supplements, I don't even diet...lol

All natural - I've done 245 for a couple sets of 5 and repped 225 for 13. If I could train the bench consistantly without aggravating my shoulder it would be higher.

330 x 3
no
8 on and off

i still dont understand how a freakin' t-shirt impoves your bench

its a very tight denim shirt that acts as a spring. your arms are stuck out like frankenstein when its on, as the bar lowers it gets tighter and tighter.

I am about 345 maybe a little less, and im about 6'4. I had around 15% bodyfat at 355 so im guessing my body fat is a aroud 14.9 or some shit. Basicall the main reason i can do the weight i can is cuz during highschool i played football and all we did was lift heavy and bulk, so i was bulking year round, which is evident by the weight but ive started cutting :)

6'4" 345 at 15% bf is a monster

1. 315 current. 365 best

2. Yep. I'm too big of a wimp to take steroids.

3. off and on since highschool (9 years).

After college I have not been able to train as much as I would like. A while ago I took 2 years off and was still able to bench 265 my first day back in the gym. Years of training really builds a solid base.

now its like 345 but my best raw was 405 a year ago on a cycle.

done 3 cycles

been lifting for 7 years

I rep 225 6 to 8 times regularly, 245 was max
All natural at 150
2 years

I once did 285, 3 times while on, I was only 160 then

yeah well when i did 115 i didnt have any clips on the bar. then i tried maxing out with 115 and a clip on each side and the bar fell on me. fuck.

My bench is an old Weider one that came with the $99 power rack from back in the day.

;)

Was able to do 225x6 until I had to stop lifting weights due to a nerve impingement in my lower back about a month ago. I'm not supposed to start lifting for half a year or longer, so I'm doing bodyweight exercises right now and am going to do everything I can to start lifting again within the next few months, hopefully. Push-ups are one of the bodyweight exercises I'm doing and they're a completely new movement to me and they hurt like hell, so the shock to my muscles again should help maintain my muscle as best as possible.

Been training for 8 or 9 months with cardio in a big caloric deficit as a way to lose weight (lost 80+ lbs of fat, have about 20 more to go) and am now addicted to lifting weights and have adopted it as a total lifestyle.

how old are you guys that have passed the 300 lb mark? ive been training for 7 years and have only passed the 250 mark when i was on gear. granted i dont have the best genetics and nobody in my family is huge either but still damn thats a lot of dudes that do more than 300.

well, I didn't to to hit the 300lb mark until after I was 26.

I think some bodies just develop at different rates.

wow I didnt realize benching over 300 was uncommon on a fitness board. ( I dont mean it to be dick, I am being sincere)

i guess i dont think it is now, but i know a lot of guys that are into weight lifting and fitness and live their lives around it and have never gotten to 300 yet. i mean thats awesome you guys are where you are though cheers to you guys. im just gonna keep pounding it out hopefully within a year or 2 be near there.
