For some reason when i go into the gym, and i"m working out i seem to get more of a pump from using a weight I can control without sacraficing form. I seem to get a bigger pump from this than using weights i cheat with and have a hard time lifting. Is this good what I'm doing. Will i still see the results when juicing with this method?

No. If you're not careful too, you might die. That technique of lifting is not to be performed unless one is wearing leiderhosen while lifting - which I assume you are not doing. It just isn't done and you should know better.

I gotta say that you really should know the answer to this question.

of course..nobody is saying you should do form incorretly. look, i have a big chest, and i can't bench for shit. i've always done form correctly, some people bounce the weight off their chest and never see resluts...or swing dumbells up in a curl, i would rather do slow and controlled movements, fuck what everybody else does or see's you doing. Id rather curl 10 times with 30lb dumble than throw it up in the air 3 times with a 40..slow and controlled movements is the key...and anaoblic steroids help too:D

yeh, i usually go for the slow and controlled pump also, but every two or three workouts or so i'll blast a certain bodypart as heavy as possible, which sometimes includes some cheating, but its good to shock em every now and then.

I always get the best results when i use weights I can control. Don't go to light though. I think its funny when I see people in the gym using heavy weights that they can't use properly.

You know the old saying..."its not how much weight you lift... but how you lift it"...thats all to true:twirl:

I'm with Snake Bite on this one. Make sure to keep inching up the weight on that last set. I tend to underestimate what I'm capable of. Good form helps build all of the supporting muscles much better.

I always laugh when I see guys working out forearms because I use dumbbells (instead of bars) and my forearms are huge. Form makes all the difference.

Cheating can help u break some barriers (physically and mentally)...but I don't think in necessary.

There is a really strong mother at my gym....bench in the 600s....and he says he cheats on occasion to help him break a barrier....but 99% of the time the guy lifts correctly
