I have lost grandparents and whatnot and it was a horrible experience. I cried for the funeral etc....but the worse thing that I have had that has just tore me apart is my girlfriend that I thought I loved more than anything cheated and left me in the dust. That had me in a emotional disaster for a few months.

I lost 5 members of my immediate family! Now that's some real pain!

My college roomate and best friend was killed in an auto accident when I was in college!

And then I saw the Angel Of Death but I was able to come back to the other side to live another day, so all things considered It's all good now or at least as good as it can be!

Of course there are the horrific deaths, etc I have seen of others but when you don't know the people or it is not you at least for me it does not affect me the same way!

The only thing I can think of is if something happens to yourself, ie. pain, physical and psychological, but besides that, what else? I blurted that out spontaneously because those memories are the worst I have, but I am sure you can point out something worse. So tell me, what is it.
