Hello everyone ! i'm new on the forum and i am happy to be a part of it . I will introduce myself and my situation.

Im 23 , 5 ''11 180 pounds, low body fat % . I have been trainning since i am 16 on a regular and intense basis .I have followed many nutrition plans and tried all the proteins and creatines . I am stuck a 180 punds

Im a hockey player who needs to put on about 10 pounds during my off season . My off season is from june to september . I would like to start my new season in september with the same fat % and the same speed. I am fast player who needs to stay fast but with a +10 pounds on my frame.

I have planned to take d-bol for 3-4 weeks of june . Then keep traniing hard on my quickness to get used to my new weight for the rest of the summer without anabolics . Is it a good idea ?

Am i gonna take about 10 pound with dianabol if i eat and train right ?
Am i gonna keep at least 7 pounds of my weight gain when i will stop my d-bol cycle ?
Is it only a bloat of water ?
IF not what substance would you recommend me for a beginner on anabolics that is fairly mild ??
Oral stuff too

Is it dangerous for the heart to do cardio while on a cycle ?

I hope i don't ask too many question :confused: ?

more questions the better. Bol may get you where you want to be, people react differently to it and keep a small amount. depending on your caloric/protein/carb intake. def continue stretching really well to stay fexible especially if your doin hockey. others may tell you to run test with your bol, but you may can run it by itself. look into a pct for any sides that may occur and to keep what you gain, besides the water.
 
it's impossible for any of us to predict how much you'll gain and how much you'll keep. you will retain a decent amount of water weight from the dbol, so keep that in mind. you also didn't mention any form of PCT. You will need to run PCT regardless of what you take.

You also said you were looking for something that was mild. Dbol is far from that. It has some of the roughest sides you can get, and you need to be prepared to handle those if they arise.
 
You could run Tbol instead for 6 weeks, less bloat. Some people respond really well and it may be a good starting block...

Just a big warning, it can be nearly impossible to do cardio on dbol. Especially intense cardio. You may want to think about a simple test cycle. If you are only willing to do orals think about beast.
 
Yes i would take a PCT after for sure as well as the liv52 for my liver! I agree that a Tbol would be better for me cause there is no bloat and you keep your gains better . Can i do medium intensity cardio while im on T-bol ?? what kind of dosage should i take as a first cycle ? i think that a 3-4 weeks at 40 mg per day could be appropriate for me .

Or simply a test cycle ? what kind of test orals cycle would be good for me . I heard that doing cardio is easier when you are only on a test cycle .. is that right ?

You can run it long and light or short & heavy but you can't do both, I personally like long and light, less stress on the liver,gains are more keepable. The longer you are in an anabolic state the more protein you will digest =more quality muscle.

If you decided to do a test cycle it is injectable. You could do a 10 wk cycle at 500mgs per wk. You should have no problem gaining 10lbs. Tbol would also be a decent option. I have also heard of people having sucess with anavar.
 
ah ok ! thank you . But it probably stays in the blood for a while i guess so i would like to be clean by september because depends which team i will play for . One league is tested and not the other . What would be the dosage of Tbol for a 4 weeks cycle ? 50 mg 60 mg?
 
yea bro i did a cycle of test for my first one a year ago at 1cc on mon and 1cc on thur.it was a ten week cycle and i must say it was great for a first run.i gained 18 pounds and my labido and sex drive was through the roof(my wife loved it)lol.
