I was wondering which show was the most common for ladies ? Which category usually has the most ladies competing on stage ?

Yes, bikini is the most popular... I think is the look most woman wants.

But each federation has its own categories and each category has its own parameters. Choose one and see the rules and where you could fit. There are IFBB, NPC, NABBA, etc.

what i would do in your shoes is go to competitions near you and watch and see what you are interested in, if at all.

i did this myself and was like 'no thanks'.. it just wasn't my thing.

I liked watching and it even motivated my training but never felt like doing a physique comp

Bikini is by far the most popular.

Female bodybuilding is dead. They don't even have it at the Olympia anymore.
