I've definately got to go with beef. I eat pounds of steak every day when bulking. It is a complete protien. Contains extra creatine and glutamine. It is very high in anabolic fatty acids. Eating a steak with a high fat content has been proven in recent studies to boost test production and lower shbg levels as soon as 2 hours after consumption. Would also have to agree that natural peanuttbutter and flaxseed oil are quite anabolic as well.
