What's the most ANABOLIC food in the world?

Mothers milk if you are a baby, cows milk for adult humans, im not so sure...

If we are talking natural food, egg whites have a better BV value, but I dont know if that makes them anabolic?

Well whey has the highest BV but it's in and out so fast it ain't all that good.....
 
So you are saying that Whey is no good at building muscle??!! I would call that a supp rather than food anyway.

I know that BV does not indicate "anabolicness", but how else would you define it since you need all types of food types to gain healthy muscle?
 
Anobolic mean it make s your GROW dude! Beef is great because it IS muscle.

Milk is great because it has a wide profile of proteins and slow sugars that your body can digest easily (if you're not lactose intolerant).

Both seep into your system over several hours so that's good too.

Whey has its place, which is first thing in the a.m. and post-workout. But I'm talking regular FOOD!

Eggs is a good one tho.

I think flax seed oil is anabolic too but in a different way. Peanut butter too. But they are kind of auxiliary to beef/milk.

Let's keep this discussion going.

This is effectively BV. In fact, the best would be human flesh, but you cant pick that up down at the supermarket...

I really don’t agree with milk, the human digestive system has not evolved to digest it, and it has only been relatively recently in human evolution that we have domesticated cows for this purpose. We are weaned off Milk at an early age.

Im not saying its bad, just not optimum
 
I was never weaned off milk. I drink about a quart a day.

Also the BV thing is misleading. Beef takes more processing to break it down into a form usable by the body whereas whey is comprised of peptide chains of a much lower molecular weight and thus is more easily assimilated.

It's more complex than just BV.

You where weaned off mothers milk, and evolution has not designed your stomach to use the milk produced by a cow for its young calf to drink until it is weaned off and then will only eat grass...
