Absolutely. And it's pretty cheap too as steaks go. One thing I've been doing with my LBs lately is marinading them overnight and beating the shit out of them with a tenderizer before cooking. Makes a huge difference.
 
I think eye of round is the leanest...but it would be easier to eat your weight belt.... for a good lean meal.... pop a london broil or lean roast in the crock pot all day on high w/ a can of progresso french onion soup, salt, and pepper :p
 
I've worked in the Steak industry for over 5 years. I used to run a steakhouse so I can tell you that Doublebone Serlion is probably the leanest cut of beef. However, God did not create all cows equal. So be choosy about what you buy. I would also consider buying beef from a local butcher and not a grocery store. Also, if you can find it try buying beef from free ranging cattle from organic farms; their beef is usually much better quality with less fat. Also these organic farms dont pump their cattle full of pullutants like steroids and antiboitics, which end up on your plate at dinner time. Remember you really are what you eat.
