What's the deal w/Muscle Milk

That's not true! One time I took Muscle Milk and got a HUGE dick. Then, I started super setting bi and tri work and got 12 inch arms. Good times...
 
Gotta love that magical mixture of cooking oil and MCT's

the problem with it is that MCT's are the fat family's equivalent of fast carbs, which means that unless you're knocking it back pre workout they're most likely to be shuttled to fat stores.

if you can man up and mix your shakes with flax oil you'd be better served in the long run, imo
 
its quite tasty mixed in part water part skim milk with some fresh berries, then frozen. mmm
 
Agreed. It is mostly crap. It just looks like a bunch of synthic junk like everything else in the grocery store. Does it taste good? Yeah, but so does a cookies and cream milkshake, and if I am going to eat junk food and pretend it is beneficial to me I would rather just have the icecream.

works good. it has a perfect combo of fats and good calories so that you can gain size and strength with it but not a ton of fat
