Whats the deal on morning cardio?

Do you eat before? If you do what do you eat? What do have post cardio and how long till you eat afterwards? and do you take supplements?
 
If you want to lose fat you'd better do your morning cardio first thing in the morning with an empty stomach

+ caffeine & ephedrine

I would suggest doing AM cardio on an empty stomach for maximum fat-loss.....post cardio I would wait maybe 10min (if low intensity_) and eat some oatmeal and protein.
