My college diet consisted primarily of Heinz baked beans and boiled eggs. For a special occsasion I'd make an omelette with a few drops of green food colouring. Gotta eat your greens.

I tried some pretty crazy shit before finding elite that cabage soup diet oh and that hollywood fast diet. I would kill myself before I ever thought of fasting again. I would rather be on a precontest diet for life then ever have to fast. I can't imagine how fucked you metablism would be after fasting for 10 days.

lol I was going to say the craziest that I've heard of was the cabbage soup diet, this woman at work was doing it, I think she lasted for 2 weeks, and then gave a whole new meaning to the word "binge"

As for myself, the only dieting I've ever done, is pre-contest.

You know allot guys out there lie about their size but I'm gonna be straight up about it..

Honey it's actually 12 inches.....6 inches in ...6 inches out.
