A strong cup of coffee works for that. I do not beleive in the use of suppliments. They are a waste of money.

You know Im trying to figure out if there really are a waste of money or not. Caffenines not working like it use to so I thought maybe alternate with something else. The thermogenic formulas, maybe. Do u think therea waste of money?

Yes, the new ephedra free one's are a waste of money.

If just caffeine isn't doing for you what you want it to do, you should try something with bitter orange in it. It has a chemical in it called synephrine which acts like ephedrine but milder. A lot of the new ephedra free formulas have it. If you are like some other people and think supplements are a waste of money, you can get bitter orange at a Chinese herbal shop, it is called Zhi-shi. Also high dose liquid vitamin B-12 works good too.

try redline by vpx , works for me , it makes me breeze through 1 hr of fairly intense cardio . best thing next to caffine and ephedra

I just started using thermorexin. So far, I think it is the best fatburner and it gives me excellant cardio and weight workouts. I have used Hot Rox before and I did not have good results. I have also used Redline and although it was better than Hot Rox, it does not compare with Thermorexin. I've read some of the feedback on T-rex and everyone seems to agree it is a great product. Some people have bitched about the price but you get twice the amount that most companies put in their bottles so you're really not spending more money in the end. Plus it works!!!!! My advice don't waste your money on Hot Rox. The product was all hype . I was very disappointed. Hope this helps.
