shower after workout right away..shower as soon as you wake...
use benzoyl peroxide 10% you can get it as a face/body wash...works wonders!
it works on the acne that normal acne meds dont...any drug store has it...
other then that it should take care of it...
accutane if you are extreme...

i use oxy brand....its in a black squeeze container...there isa other brands just make sure it is benzoyl peroxide 10% not anythign less

the best way to control acne on cycle is to keep your estro levels in check

use an AI such as aromasin

10mg twice per week worked for ME - it didn't hinder gains, kill my libido or tax my joints...and it definitely helped keep my skin clear

i've noticed acne is at it's worst when coming off test and you get that estrogen rebound

if it's really bad cystic acne you will need to see a derm - you need meds and won't be able to control it with topical applications

otherwise i've found benzyl peroxide works better than silicic acid for the face and body

don't shave against the grain or you'll get those bastards on your neck

and a gentle foaming cleanser works great at night for the face

i went to a derm. and got accutain while on test and eq no problem with bloodwork ive been on accutain for three months 1st month 40mg 2 and 3rd month 80mg i had back acne three days ago it still was bad and the derm asked me if i wanted a steroid shot not muscle steroid not shure what it was but over night it is almost gone plus she gave me 60days of amoxacillon she said come november ill never see acne again
