Actually, you'd be suprised.
After doing about 4-5 sets of heavy benches and your chest is fried, if you do triceps after this, them 3 exercise would be diminishing.
Just do 3-4 sets in total of basic heavy lifts and call it a day.
doing an extra exercise for 'isolation' could cause over-training and thus, less [or even no] growth in your triceps.
