avocado, coconut oil, grassfed organic beef, raw nuts, real olive oil.
eating fats don't make you fat. quite the opposite.. we've always been told that fat is bad, low fat diet blah blah blah. it is bullshit made up by some diet coaches/gurus throughout the 80's.. ironically we have gotten fatter since fats were deemed bad

yes i left out fish which is retarded of me because i eat fish during season ... wild fatty fish with the skin.. not fish out of a can, this is very important
Fatty fish (salmon, sardines), nuts, seeds, avocados, healthy oils (olive oil, canola oil).
Whole eggs too......
