LIke they are all running us, so yeah. They all suck.
Here is the thing, I hated watching this dynamic build up where we are our phones and they own us. I knew jack about cell phones. Didn't have 3 years ago.
Then parents bought me an Iphone to make sure I kept in touch. I just started texting now, if that gives U a clue. So yeah, my mom's contract is up, and I gave her back the Iphone to upgrade to 3G. I'm wating, and in one week I actually paid for my first smart phone, and hate myself cause Im all geeked up about it. Till Christmas week I know jack about how cell phones work, what the difference was between 2g and 3g, and edge, hpsda, quadband, all that shit. After 4 days of studying the shit out of it like I'm Will Smith in I am Legend, I kinda figured out that in my situation, I don't wanna another touch screen that texting sucked at, and I would rather have a key board.
I got the Nokia E71, unlocked here, and I'm not in a 2 year deal, I got it at 400 vs. 550. Its rated as high as the BlackBerry Bold. I just found a way to not get pwned into another 2 year deal with AT&T and pay 70/90 a month for two years, with this go phone plan, I'm projecting 50 tops. Identity and Cell Phone is becoming more and more embedded. Strange times we are in.
