What's people favorite muscle building breakfast?

Oats/Egg whites+1-2 yolks/Whey

Got your fast acting protein... slower acting protein... healthy fats from yolks/oats... fiber... carbs... yum :)

Same here, only I take a protein a little sooner than my 1st breakfast meal.

+1 to that, I take a whey shake immediately after waking up, then 45 mins to an hour later I will have egg+flax toast+oats.
 
yeh.........oatmeal and eggs would be my choice
 
Egg Sammich
7 egg whites
1 piece of 2% colby pepper jack cheese
2 slices of wheat bread toasted

Protein shake with 2% milk and 1 whole bannana
 
This is what I have been doing for the last two months now.

Upon Waking.. 7:00 am

Whey Protein 60 Grams
Flax seed oil 1 Tablespoon in shake
1 Cup Nonfat Milk
1 Multi vitamin
2 Caps Fish Oil

10:00 am Meal

5 Egg Whites
3/4 Cup Oats
1/4 Cup Mixed Berrys in oats
1 Tablespoon Splenda

I typically like my Vagina for the last meal of the day. :p

Ah...Cracker Barrel. They had those in Mo when I lived there in a previous life. Don't have them here in So Cal. :(

I've been making pancakes with egg whites, cottage cheese, and oatmeal. Just put a little jam with no added sugar on there, and you're set.

Can you give the exact recipe and amounts for this?
 
2 egg yolks 6 egg whites, 1 oz of cheese, 1/2 cup oats and a whey shake about 30 minutes right before that...
 
Big plate covered in baked beans, two cooked tomatoe's, 5 egg omlet with cheese and ham, 6 - 12 fish fingers, and a couple of backon eyes. Maybe 2 pieces of whole grain toast hold the butter. If Im still hungry and I usualy am a bowl of oats with 1/2 kg 99% fat free yohgert instead of milk.
This is usualy at 4.45 am before work.
I wont get to eat again untill 9am. If im lucky I can sneak into the crib room to make a shake half way through. The boss's dont understand my need to eat. :chomp:

I usually screw up and drop an egg yolk in the frying pan, one won't hurt. But when I drop two yolks you better believe I am scooping it out. :p

I like having my shake (Protein/milk/whey/banana/Nbp/oats/coffee) on the way to work and then eating "breakfast" at work (Eggs/Toast).

Great way to get mad calories very early.
 
Oats with flax seed oil and a nice sirloin steak is the breakfast of champions.
 
1 cup of lowfat cottage cheese
1 scoop whey (vanilla of choc)
1 cup of organic oats
1 cup of frozen organic rasberries or blueberries


Mix everything all up with a spoon - not to bad

1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Blend it and cook as pancakes

3 huge stuffed breakfast taco's from a great little Mexican food stand, bananna, 5 donuts, and a huge glass of whole milf. You asked "muscle building" and we are trying to get huge on this breakfast right??? hehehe...
 
5 eggs w/o yolks 1cup oatmeal w/o sugar. flax oil, whey prot, coffee w/o sugar 2 pieces whwt toast w/o butter, vagina w/o tomato sauce
 
My own custom pancake,,8 egg whites,,,1 cup oatmeal,,1tbps splenda,,cinnimon,,sugar free syrup,,,,its damn good..
 
i mix 40grams of whey with semi skimmed milk and throw 5 egg whites in there and blend it all together then eat3 weetabix and off to work. then an hour later 2 slices of wholemeal toast and another 40 grams of whey.
 
is that the first meal of the day? lol


1/2 cup oats, 4oz turkey, aminos, vitamins, 1 cup egg whites, grande cafe
