Ive finished my test e 500mg every 5days, 10 vials
Happy with the results, i have growin incredibly.
I was also takin winny oral every 2days 2keep the water retention down and it worked but not much


Its been 3 weeks since i finished the course

So please help me an tell me exactly what i need to buy for PCT
whats grams an how many i need to take

First and biggest mistake of newbs running cycles is not having a PCT planned with your stuff in hand before starting your cycle. Your PCT should have started a week ago, but instead you are just now asking what you need. You probably will lose everything you gained on cycle because of it and could relly mess yourself up.

You don't even know what PCT is? Why did you start a cycle? PCT is post cycle therapy. It's to restore your HPTA and get your nuts working again to produce your own testosterone. You need Clomid along with a couple test boosters and an AI. Good boosters would be Test stack, PHYTOSERMS (links and discounts in my sig), test infusion, and unleashed. Formastanozol is a good AI to use. You better get this stuff NOW and get it overnighted since you are already behind so far on recovery.

Ok first no one is bullying you. If you put things into your body that can have life altering affects without finding out everything that can happen to you and how to properly take them you are being extremely reckless and ignorant. I didnt know that much and came here and learned a lot and was guided by some of the veterens here. You also have to bear some of he responsibility yourself. Do some research. Read the stickies and a lot of the questions you are asking will be answered. Read past posts the hold a lot of info that will answer ur questions. Second most of the companies that sell the products u asked about have reps here that will help you obtain what u need. A little advice....dont do a cycle until u have learned everything you need to know about what you are using. Have a full pct planned and in hand. If u are unsure ask before u start. Going into a cycle you should have all necessary items and know what to do if anything happens and what is the cause and effect.

Nobody is bullying anybody bro. It is just absolutely unbelievable that someone would do a steroid cycle without having a clue what it will do to their body and not do any research.

Whoever told you that you just needed creatine for PCT is a moron. You need to run the right things to ensure recovery of your natural testosterone production while keeping estrogen down to prevent gyno ( tits).
