What's On the Bodybuilders Xmas MENU?????

when i get down to my grandparents im going to eat as much of everything that I can fit in my gullet,chased with wine
 
Chicken breast, sweet potatoes, brown rice, and a whey protein shake to wash it all down! ;) Maybe some black coffee too :coffee:

Believe it or not it's been so long since I have had food like that I don't even have a craving for it anymore. Dessert to me now is a piece of fruit. When I was growing up I was raised very strict when it came to anything sweet. I was only allowed to drink 1 12oz can of pop a week. Now I haven't had a pop since 1992. I don't know if that's good or bad...lol

lol I tossed my diet out the window for a few days. And I'm quite happy about it, with no damn regrets. ;)

Really. 2 days out of the year for great food with family and friends, and you eat some "Bodybuilder only" foods?

On one hand, that is awesome discipline.

On the other, you only live once, stuff yourself.

sweet tatoes with chives, butter
filet mignon with bernaise
asparagus with hollandaise
mushrooms in red wine
red wine, white wine
shrimp dip, lots of cream cheese
grape leaves with ground beef, rice, lemon, mmmmmmm

BB food to the max.

THIS HAS BEEN my story for the past 6 days.......aiming for 6,000 cals and it SUCKS......giving it 30 days, no good weight gain and I'm going back to my old ripped self..........goal for the NY = FAT!

I almost got down two footlongs..........from subway today at lunch....almost....stuffed........but still managed a soft batch!
