pretty mcuh what the Doc said, but the premise is to train your body's muscles to fire (contract) with greater than normal efficiency to create more force than many people can generate at the same bodyweight....
I have a training thread on it, but basically, just train with decently heavy weight and work on max explosive force. This type of training does not involve one to go to failure, reps are usually 4-6...
