It depends on why you have high BP. Often, on these forums, when we ask we find out the person is overweight and unfit. They KNOW, but ignore this, so instead of losing weight and getting fit they want to use a supplement. If so don't be a lazy ass mofo but get out walking, eat better and lose weight.
