I went no carbs all last week. Now I've been sick all this week. I don't know if the two have anything to do with each other or if it is just coincidence but I don't think I'll be doing it again.
Fat is only added to a CKD to help with cals to avoid metabolic slowdown. When you eliminate the fat you repalce taht with bodyfat (hopefully..depends on person P ratio and such) which is the principal behind the PSMF. The problem is, all sorts of health dangerous accompany it and metabolic slowdown happens QUICK, 48-72 hours until your metabolism slows to a crawl.
