I have a Testim (topical testosterone gel from Schering) brochure from a medical represenatitve that cites the studies demonstrating a 10% absorbtion rate. Please explain how your topical delivery technology could be superior to that of Schering (one of the world's largest endocrine based pharmaceuticals companies). They have good few million dollars head start on Primordial in terms of Research and Development. Why don't you just lay down your shield and starting pushing Mexican Yam as a complete endrocrine replacement product.....from the pituitary down to the testes.

Your correct in your assumption that Schering is a multi-million dollar Pharm company. We are a considerably smaller company. Your also right in assuming steroidal hormone molecules (DHEA, test, ect) will only aborb at a rate of 8%... but that is with a much inferior and outdated hydro-alcohol gel

The size of the pharm company means nothing about having a special interest in an optimal delivery system. Its about cost & profit, and the three ingredients required to make the very simple hydro-alcohol gel is dirt cheap. When patients only require 5-10mg of testosterone per dose why waste money on developing a new and more efficient delivery system?

Anyway, here is a study showing a ~30% delivery of testosterone after AUC conversion with a much improved topical delivery system (similar to ours) -
