I've heard good things about the Animal Paks also.

You can also get vitamin shoppe brand if you're looking for cheap. DX7 is if you're looking for top of the line. Depends on what you want.

It's your nickel my friend. Give it a try for 30 days and give the other a try for 30 days and see if you notice any difference.
tshoot said:We could argue subtleties over multivitamins all day. Probably not even needed if you are eating a clean diet. He can spend 2-3 times as much for what you sell if he wants. I would rather invest my money into something I KNOW makes a difference.
Nelson Montana said:A good multi and various nutrients that insure optimum health, recovery and immunity are the single most important factor in bodybuilding, so I don't quite understand your reasoning here.
No, you may not "see" or "feel" anything, but you don't "see" or "feel" anything after drinking a glass of water either. But go 3 days without water and then see what happens.
tshoot said:Wow, what a stretch comparison. You die with no water within 7 days or less. People can live 100+ years without ever taking a multi-vitamin.
Nice try for justifying overpriced vitamins. I am sure some people will buy them though.
Nelson Montana said:It was an analogy bro. Sorry you missed my point.
The thing is; you don't "feel" vitamins or even a deficiency right away. But that doesn't mean they aren't important, especially for a serious bodybuilder.
