MegaMen is garbage from what I hear. Put your multi in vinegar and if it dissolves pretty quickly then its good. Ive done this test with megaman before and it take forever to start dissolving. I know Animal Stak is pretty good.

Both of these are a great bang for the buck.

Prolab Training Packs:

TwinLab Men's Ultra Daily

I've heard good things about the Animal Paks also.

Neither of those are as complete or as potent as DX7 but they are a little cheaper. Animal Paks are the same price as DX7, though missing somevital ingredients. You can also get vitamin shoppe brand if you're looking for cheap. DX7 is if you're looking for top of the line. Depends on what you want.

DX7 is less potent on most of the main vitamins at almost 3x the cost. It does have some addtional ingredients, but is it worth the much higher cost?

It's your nickel my friend. Give it a try for 30 days and give the other a try for 30 days and see if you notice any difference.

DX& has the max potentcy except for fat soluable vitamins where you don't want too much. (Fat soluable can be toxic, water soluable can not).

Notic a difference? Hey, you wouln't necessarily notice if you ate enough protein or had enough B12 -- you do these things as insurence so your body works optimally.

We could argue subtleties over multivitamins all day. Probably not even needed if you are eating a clean diet. He can spend 2-3 times as much for what you sell if he wants. I would rather invest my money into something I KNOW makes a difference.

A good multi and various nutrients that insure optimum health, recovery and immunity are the single most important factor in bodybuilding, so I don't quite understand your reasoning here.

No, you may not "see" or "feel" anything, but you don't "see" or "feel" anything after drinking a glass of water either. But go 3 days without water and then see what happens.
