What type of look are you going for? Also what are your goals using steroids?

Personally when I was younger all the way til I finally hit 244 pounds I always wanted size and power. I realized these days that mass ifit's not all quality kills my good looks and my health and conditioning. Now I will focus more on increasing my cardiovascular conditioning and speed while still maintaining my good strength and muscle mass. Later I will again add some more quality muscle mass and strength. At 5'10 and 205 pounds lean I'm pretty well proportioned. I want to drop still another 10 pounds then eat normal(refill glycogen reserves) to keep myself around 200 pounds after refilling my reserves. Lean, muscular, conditioned with good speed all in one. Can't be beat. Not to mention I look good so for you ugly bro's....... Sorry.

As for steroids I plan on using them and keeping my cycles to one cycle a year around summer time just for a little added kick both mentally and physically during my most motivated season.

good post....athletics and some bodybuilding.. i hit 251 on a bulk cycle and now i am gonna run all lean mucle cycles such

This is something, I believe, a lot of guys on this board don't comprehend. Steroids help build muscle and they can be useful even in regard to helping build an athletic physique. You can't get that "model body" with just sports (unless you have great natural genetics) . You have to lift weight and maybe do a little gear.

But a lot of guys think in terms of steroids = freaky mass. And the more gear you use, the more mass you get and if that isn' t what you want, you aren't "serious". That's just dumb.

I also think that if you're under 5'11" you can't be too much over 200 pounds and look lean year round. If you try to carry 230-240, they'll be times you're going to look fat. Of course, some guys just love being big and that's their perogative. But most women would rather have their man on the leaner side. I'll bet no women ever told frank Zane he was too thin. But I'd hate to have a women tell me, "you can afford to lose 10 pounds."

(And those who say they don't care how women want then to look , I say you might be just a little gay.)

I hit 245 last winter...I was miserable...My goal is to gain quality mass and stay healthy...I would like to be HUGE but I just don't think thats in the books for me

Yep, that's the thing. We'd all like to be 260 with 7% bf, but that just isn't realistic, I dont care who you are. (Not on a consistant basis at least).

So the choice is, do you want to be lean and 190? Or 240 and fat? I'll take the former. Everyone has to learn where their body looks and feels best. I wish mine were higher, but it isn't. That's where it wants to be and you can only push it so far before you just wind up looking and feeling "overstuffed."

I'd rather look good than have size for the sake of size.

It's hard to estimate an ideal weight and bf% at which I'll look just like I want to but I'm guessing 16.5 inch arms with nice abs would do the trick. Of course I also want legs, back, shoulders etc but you get the picture. Right now I'm like 185lbs but I barely have a 3 pack, so I have to lose some 10lbs of fat and gain 10-15lbs of muscle. I have a rather small bone structure, my wrists are like 6 or 6.5 inches in diameter, and I'm 5'10.

I'm still natural but not for long.
