Damn hhajdo I thought I was serious. LOL.....Can't get up with out the coffee so...one cup coffee then I take some creatine and whey protien only with water. Try to get about 40 grams protien. My vit c, e, zinc, ginger root, lots of fruit, usually grapefruit and strawberries. and oatmeal. Sometimes I will have another cup of coffee and sometimes if I am feeling a little crazy.... a tablespoon of honey.
