Im happy to report that 45 degree BB bench press is doing nicely for my shoulders. I never would have thought.
I never used to do them because The 45 angle didnt agree with my rotators but its going quite well. I'm seeing a difference too.
Hopefully another shoulder treatment and I can get back into at least some light OHP though. I miss it.
Been starting chest day with 10 lb db front raises kinda close together in front of the body. Really helping get blood into the rotators and front delts and making my chest workouts much nicer.
Strained the tricep tendon on the back of my left elbow last chest workout though on flat DB's. Got a little out of alighnment pushing the DB's up at the beginning of my last work set and my tri apparently took all the stress.
Iced it a few times and hopefully can do tris this time.
