Good info, so this could be used as a preety good MRP. I dont like high carb MRP's.....

I dont use it in place of a meal, but you definately can. Iff you add in a serving of all natural peanut butter, then ya it could def be called a meal.

Since i eat it at night with PB and 1%Milk, i consider this a meal.

Whey should be used if you want fast acting protein(after workouts, etc) If you want slow digesting go with the cassein

If you're going to use protein powder as a meal during the day, use half whey and half casein.

Whey gets used too quickly to use it by itself, unless of course you are using it after a workout.

Don't use casein after workouts, I'm sure you know this, just making it clear :)
