For breakfast I always eat oatmeal – what can you mix it with? I just have such supplements as bcaa, protein and creatine, and preworkout. What would be a good thing to add in there?
I always add some whey protein into the oatmeal – it makes this porridge taste really well, and improves the macros, as you end up having more protein in the meal. Creatine – I leave it as a pre-workout, and the bcaa already goes in my protein.
Try mixing in whey protein isolate to your oatmeal. Its awesome. It sweetens the oatmeal and makes it taste like those instant oatmeal packets you used to eat as a kid that are full of sugar.
The creatine, bcaa and pre-workout I would take 30 minutes before your workout.
