What to expect from clen!?

Hey guys currently 21, 5"7 150lbs,give or take 10-11% bf.
I want to cut down to 7-8%bf , have a great diet, workout 6 days a week,
I'm just looking for an extra edge to help me cut that body fat down, I want to go on
clen for a 2 week on 2 week off. Is there anything I should know before I attempt this?
also will this help me harden at all? Any advice or criticism welcomed. Pics attached "I think"
 
High intensity interval training...45 seconds on 30 sec break 15-20 min after workout

i would split your training up so that your cardio is separate days from your weights, or at least not right after weights so you arent short circuiting your recovery from weights. Although at only 15-20 minutes that might not be completely bad. You could try AM cardio and PM weights if you have to do it both on the same day. This advice is pretty much only if you are having trouble gaining mass/strength, otherwise dont worry about it if youre happy.
 
You have an edge - your 21. You also posted a gyno/help thread because you jumped into a dbol cycle. My advice would be to slow down a little (in terms of AAS, clen, etc) and follow some of the good training tips the guys are posting.
 
Yeah my size is fine, I'm just looking to get my whole body
shredded, I usually lift heavy while supersetting or drop setting,
to maintain strength and size, doing that keeps my heart rate going,
which of course am burning more calories as well. And " El Hefe"
I was hoping if I did use clen and dropping body fat, it would help make the gyno
less noticeable although its barely there anyway.

Also I'm right where I want to be right now. Have been training
Hard 6 days a week eating right, just looking for something to help

Agreed,,,we NEVER do cardio on the same days we weight train.
