What to eat at this time?

My last "real meal" of the day is between 730pm-8pm. I usually don't go to sleep until maybe 11:30pm (or until I'm done with my homework). I tend to get a little hungry around 10:30pm, but I don't want to stop doing my work just so i can sit down and "eat". I rather not have a shake because I'm a firm believer in solid foods. I also do not want a shake because I do not want to get up to pee in the middle of the night. With everything I just said, what can I eat at the time I specified? It has to be something small that I can eat while I continue my homework/studying.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

6-8 oz Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt + 1 scoop Rocky Road, Cinnamon Bun, Chocolate Fudge, or favorite flavor protein powder = guiltless high protein pudding!!!

Better Protein Bars, or homemade natural/organic protein bars, sliced apple wedges w/natural Peanut Butter, Cottage Cheese w/blueberries...just some ideas.

Hmmmm. I guess maybe a protein bar. I just really like to avoid processed food. Don't really want yogurt or cottag cheese due to the lactose and because its too mushy. Food like that won't kill my hunger.
