** a meal w/ mod-high carb and mild-protein
what should i drink when i am working out
** a carb-electrolite drink (gatorade ect..) perhaps even a early protein shake if u must.
what should i drink after i have worked out.
** your creatine, if taking, and a high carb, high protein shake.
