empty the white egg in a grinder uncooked, chuck a banana and add some fat free milk.
Taste great and good protein dose

i tried something similar to that but im dead scared of raw eggs

The eggs i buy have the british Lionmark stamp on them. The chickens by law therefore have to have had salmonella vaccinations. Does this mean the raw eggs are Good TO Go?
