what time do you usually train?

So my schedule makes it extremely difficult to work out in the morning
plus I like to have some carbs before my training.
I like to do some cardio then do weights and then do some cardio again after
the problem is if I do it too late in the day it keeps me up at night because my heart rate would stay high.
Any advice as to what times I should be training and what time do you guys usually like to train?

What I do is live my life. I don't have your life, work or schedule. What is yours? For example - are you at work in the mornings? You say you're busy then so the fact that I train then means nothing to you.

it's best to train the mornings to be honest that's when your body has the most energy

timing your workouts is crucial around your meals
