id there really that much of a difference in cabing up everypost workout as appossed to once a weeK?
if so why?
if you do it post workout you'll have a daily anabolic effect which is MINOR to say the least when you compare it to a 2 day carb-up (refeed) w/ anabolism to such a degree that people gain muscle mass in those two days - so there is a differece.
