HMB is a waste IMO. (Got 2 free bottles of the GNC brand) Couldn't tell if it slowed muscle degeneration down or not or whatever the hell it's supposed to help.

Right now I'm bulking and taking:

Isopure Protein
Meso-Tech Peanut Butter bars
Multivitamins
 
Its a great source of EFAs, i don't remember off hand all the benefits it has, but a few are joint repair, stregthens hair, nails, etc.

Good results but make sure you got some nolvadex on hand, I'm glad I did.
 
the only "legal" sup worth your money is protein,maybe creatine and glutamine..........

Do you always obey the recommended dosage of diffrent supplements or you go out your way and exceed the recommended dosage and take that risk?
 
i don't believe how many of you guys don't use creatine. its the most valuable non-steroid supplement you can take! when i am off a cycle i always make sure i take in at least 10g creatine/day
 
andro products are shit period, don't waste your time or money. If you want something that's not gear try Tribulus Terris it's an herbal that increases your natural test levels some..not a great deal either. So they too are IMO a waste of money but wont give you bitch tits.

If your a natty then food is your main deal more so than someone on gear. (Flame away all I'm saying is that it's the critical nature of diet comes more into play for a natty.)


6 to 8 small high protien meals a day with solid veggies.

There are only two OTC supps that I use that I think are worth a shit. Creatine and Gluatamine.
