I workout in the evening, at 6:00 pm, after work, and by that time I'm tired and dragging my arse to the gym.
I'm wondering if anyone could suggest a supplement I could take, say, an hour or half hour before 6 pm that would give me a bit of energy before I start my workout?
I already take an ECA and I love it, but I only take it first thing in the morning or else I can't sleep at night, so by 6, it's definatley worn off.
Any suggestions?
