Well hey guys im new, im 6.ft and 160lbs, lol. I like the site and thought i would ask in this section about what i should eat and what i should stay away from for sure. Lately i been workin so much i don't have time to go to a workout gym or other local places like that, even though i would like too. I still to manage to pull off basic sit ups and push ups at night a few times out of the week. Btw i usually eat just random stuff from time to time, im 20, and of course it's not the greatest stuff and some is junk to eat and i know i feel kinda bad even looking at it before i eat it, lol..thanks for any input later.
