As difficult as it might be letting go, sometimes things are just best left in the past. You shouldn't keep it; you're better off without it while you're trying to move forward with your life. Destroy it and get rid of it, and don't give anybody else the opportunity to tease you about it. Don't tempt yourself with it because it will only make it harder to let go. You'll be much better off in the long run, and happier.
