What should a diet look like during cycle

I do 20min of intense cardio before I start to lift, then 20 minutes of steady state cardio after I'm done lifting unless my lift session took too long.

I'm taking on like 300-400 carbs a day, and something 20-40g of fat.. Mostly from my AnimalOmega, some SmartBalance PB (Flax/PB) and Udo's.. whatever sneaks in from my animal fats..

Instead of eating whole eggs I've been eating whites.. over all I lowered my calorier, and re-balanced everything with less fat and more carbs (ratio wise) than before.. also instead of 350-400g of protein i'm more like 250-300..

I'm happy with the results, I need to cut down.. every time I try to put on weight im unhappy..as soon as I shed 10lbs of water I'm the happiest dude.. I need to shave off the love handles and go on a permanent lean bulk..
