What should a diet look like during cycle

Just curious, does the use of steroids allows you to eat less carbs? Can you eat more calories n protein since muscles grow quicker? Whats the standard approach to a change of diet during cycle, and then durin pct?

It should look like a LOT of food. Check out some site daily food plans. The main thing is all meals should include some protein & some carbs & essential fats.
 
50/40/10 (P/C/F) is working very nicely for me being an EndoMeso who used to carb-cycle like a mad man. Never thought I could eat this many carbs and not have adverse affects..
 
protein shake when you get up, good breakfast with oats and egg whites and whole wheat bread, i work out in the morning so then ill have 8oz lean meat with whole wheat bread again, followed by whey protein shake before workout, waxy maize right after, another whey 30 minutes after that, then for lunch 2 cans tuna with mayo (mix with mustard for cleaner calories im tyring to bulk) and 2 cups milk and whole wheat bread, maybe throw some organic chips in there for extra complex carbs, dinner would be 80z meat with veggies and potatoes, and another couple glasses milk. casein before bed
 
There is a lot of good advice in the diet forum. Burpees has a good formula of 50/40/10. I also like 60/20/20 but it is kind of restrictive ont he carbs, which are needed, especially on cycle. It's all about having a clean diet

Yes sir, I'm looking lean as fuck actually.. I started my cycle at 198, hit 230 about 2 weeks ago, I switched from cycling my carbs (50/10/40 to 40/50/10) to now just eating low fat, moderate carbs (whole only), and moderate to high protein and i'm 220 this past 7 days my upper abs/obliques are back, my back looks bigger, my ass looks smaller, my quads are starting to cut up again, my lats show, my shoulders are straited again.. I feel good.. I don't really feel big like I did at 230 crazy that 10lbs makes such a difference.. I think it's more that this ratio of macros works better with the Tren in my body. I wan't seeing the drastic recomposition changes folks see on Tren...until 2 weeks ago. Makes me feel like i wasted my first 40 days but I didn't really want to lean out too much this cycle I wanted lean gains.. I'm learning, Tren and Test wasn't the best choice for my goals..

I started to cycle carbs when I started to lose weight a couple of years ago, but before that I was actually lean as hell my whole life and I ate carbs...shit I ate pretty much anything, but it was whole, fresh, home cooked food...as soon as I picked up the average american diet it went to shit.. gives me hope that I may eventually be able to get lean enough, and just do a permanent slow and lean bulk... Ive been thinking about this shit all week.. heh..
