A big MRP is the best u thing after a work out, if u want u can also add some pure maltodextrine (20/30 grams).
This is all u need immediately after your work out then two hours later u can eat a normal meal (es: meat, veggies and rice).

p.s. if u like it u can also use milk instead of water in your MRP that will give u some more calories and protein.
